Sarah Knapp and Steven M. Alper
Sarah Knapp and Steven M. Alper's stage musicals demonstrate their eclectic backgrounds and interests ranging from serious historical drama (Chamberlain: A Civil War Romance) to effervescent and pop (The Library)
Sarah Knapp is well known for her work on the NY and national Stage (The Scarlett Pimpernel, Nunsense). She has also received acclaim as bookwriter and lyricist (Rappacini's Daughter)
Steven M. Alper's multi-faceted career has taken him everywhere from authorship (Next: Auditioning for Musical Theatre) to musical direction in NY and Nationally. He compopses for the stage, television, screen and jingles. Among his musicals are The Immigrant, The Library, Chamberalin, and over 30 musicals written for young people with Karen DeMauro.
