Robert
Enteen. Ph.D. Bob Enteen is a nationally-recognized authority on the production of customized medical webcasts for physician and consumer audiences, on "thought leader" interviewing, and on e-health multimedia strategic planning. He created and for eight years served as executive producer and on-air host of Living Without Limits, an award-winning health interview program broadcast weekly over the National Public Radio Satellite System. During 1999 and 2000, he served as the first Director of Multimedia Programs at Medscape. com (a medical information website for physicians and allied health professionals), and CBS Healthwatch.com (Medscape's consumer site), transforming each site's content from static text to live and archived multimedia programs. He also provided live reporting of groundbreaking medical research for CBS Radio News from medical symposia in the U.S. and abroad. Bob's accomplishments in medical webcasting and radio broadcasting are based on 25 years experience in health services research and policy analysis on acute and chronic disease, disability, and aging. The author of more than 60 journal articles, consumer magazine articles, and book chapters, Bob also wrote Health Insurance, the foremost book on this topic. The 2nd edition was selected as a finalist for The Wharton School's Kulp-Wright Award for "the best book in insurance and personal finance in 1998." Bob has served as a guest speaker, panel moderator, and workshop leader at over 400 professional and consumer conferences in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, including meetings convened by The Brookings Institution; National Health Council; Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Centers; American Parkinson's Disease Association; School of Industrial & Labor Relations, Cornell University; The White House Conference on Handicapped Individuals; and the AFL-CIO.
